On 31st Oct 2014, from the website of the Chamber of Science and Technology of Anhui Province, the project “The Key Technology R ＆D and Application of High Reliable Slewing Ring Used in Special Condition” won the provincial second prize in science and technology.
The project “The Key Technology R ＆D and Application of High Reliable Slewing Ring in Special Condition” is a production and research integration project developed by our company with Anhui University of Technology. It mainly aims at doing the research on the damage mechanism of slewing rings used in special condition. The researchers came up with a unique modeling method, which is using non-linear spring instead of ball/raceway contact. In addition, many physical factors that affect load distribution of slewing ring were analyzed, which increased raceway contour accuracy and contact carrying capacity. The project implemented technology integration in whole machine performance, dynamic control method, fault diagnosis and measurement evaluation. The R ＆ D is supported by new slewing ring test equipments with complete independent intellectual property rights, so it increases the technical level of domestic slewing ring overall performance test.
At present, Fangyuan has realized the industrialization of high reliable slewing rings used in special condition. Three kinds of products that our company industrialized achieved theAnhuihigh-tech products.
